On behalf of the Korean Neurosurgical Society (KNS), it is both an honor and a pleasure to extend a warm welcome to all of you at the 63rd Annual Meeting, scheduled to take place in the vibrant city of Seoul, Korea, from October 19th to 21st, 2023. We are truly delighted to host this event, which promises to be a forum for scientific discussions, idea exchange, and enriching experiences.

This year's meeting revolves around a theme that holds great significance in the rapidly evolving field of neurosurgery: "Merging Humans and Machines: Unleashing the Future of Neurosurgery." The integration of human intelligence with technological innovations is transforming the landscape of neurosurgery, presenting new possibilities for precision, efficiency, and improved patient outcomes. As we embark on this journey, it is our collective responsibility to collaborate across disciplines, empowering ourselves to address the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.

We are privileged to have five world-renowned international speakers, each an expert in their respective fields, who will undoubtedly provide valuable insights and guide us on the path forward. Their experiences will help shape a brighter future for neurosurgery on a global scale.

In addition to our esteemed speakers, we have meticulously planned seminars, hands-on workshops, and interactive discussions that will allow us to explore various aspects of our theme. This presents a unique opportunity for all of us to engage in meaningful exchanges, learn from one another, and forge lasting collaborations.
